I am Louise Stevens and along with Mark, we run this family business.
I have been an experienced and conscientious nurse for 20 years.
I have a broad range of skills across all age groups and specialities. Attributes include team player, provider of value and ethics, good interpersonal skills, independent and reliable. I can demonstrate effective communication and collaboration within teams and we as a family service will deliver safe practice and people-centred care. Consistently empathetic, actively listens and quickly establishes rapport to deliver a service whilst striving to maintain a smooth journey for all our clients and their families.
I perform well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments utilising exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills while maintaining strong clients and family advocacy.
